Jessica Lastarza graduated from Fairfield University with an undergraduate degree in Economics and consequently went on to receive her J.D. from New England Law School in 2003, with distinguished academic honors.

Over the decade, Jessica has dedicated herself to her profession. She worked as a Litigation Associate at the law firm of Greenwald & Greenwald, LLP located in Milford, Massachusetts. As an Associate, she managed a heavy case load and achieved professional results, conducting extensive legal research, drafted, submitted and argued motions before District, Superior and Probate Court judges. When drafting pleadings, interviewing witnesses, and negotiating settlements, Jessica actively listened and worked diligently to represent clients in a fair and effective manner.

Jessica then worked as a Senior Associate at the law firm of Greif & Litwak, P.C. located in Wellesley, Massachusetts. She effectively interfaced with clients to assess needs and provided candid legal advice, creative solutions and counsel regarding general business, corporate and tax matters in the context of both Massachusetts and federal law. Jessica is thoroughly experienced at drafting various contracts and agreements. She exercised competence and diligence in the review, drafting and negotiation of contracts with respect to a wide variety of legal matters including real estate acquisitions, dispositions, lease transactions, executive compensation and employment agreements.
