As a practicing attorney in the State of Arkansas since 1992, Kimberly Canova became a Certified Mediator in 2005 for Family Law issues by the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission. Since then, she has shifted the focus of her practice from litigation to mediation as she has seen the benefits of the Mediation Process. While she specializes in mediating domestic relations cases, Kimberly has mediated a wide variety of issues.

Our hourly rate for mediation is $250.00, typically divided between the participants resulting in a cost of $150.00 per hour for each party.
