Fees and Provisos

Initial 1-hour consultation is at no charge.

No billable hours but mediations are pre-paid at $300 per hour for 2 disputants scheduled as a partial day (3 hours) or a full day (8 hours).

First responder discount is 25%.

Veteran discounts are substantial at 50% of normal charge per party with proof of active military status, or a veteran DD214 discharge document.

Corporate and institutional consultations based on estimated timeframe and deliverables.
