What kind of problem do you need to resolve? If the problem involves property (e.g., eviction, landlord/tenant, HOA), commerce (e.g., b2b, b2c), or projects (e.g., vendors, technology), you’ve got my attention. My job is to listen while you explain how this problem affects you and what you need to resolve, to move on. I ask questions and help you test reality, and you create the solution.
Academically, I studied psychology, statistics, computer programming, and systems design. Professionally I have practiced in social science research, legal systems development, and organizational development and management of technology organizations. Now I practice mediation where all that tech and psychology and management combine in a mediator’s work of listening and asking questions and listening some more.
My mediation experience includes court-connected, property, personal, family, and restorative justice cases. I am certified in several jurisdictions and for online/virtual as well as in-person mediation. As part of my commitment to mediation, I serve on committees and in executive positions for mediation organizations in Oregon, California, and internationally.
Lynn’s leads mediations that:
* hear problems stated out-loud,
* understand that differences are real,
* respect individual needs,
* provoke and explore solutions, and
* preserve a resolution.
