County Court
275.00 an hour for county court, 3 hour minimum
Family and Circuit Civil
$300.00 per hour, 3 hour minimum for family law and Circuit Civil Mediation.
Parent Coordination and GAL
$1,500.00 Retainer for Parent Coordination, sliding fees based on income
Sliding fees available based upon income per Court order.
$250.00 per hour and retainer as Guardian Ad Litem subject to court order.
Federal Court and Medical Malpractice
$400.00 and hour (subject to court order)
