Sheryle Woodruff

Sheryle Woodruff is the founder of Mediate Virtually, formerly Conflict Management Associates, Inc.  She started her business in 1997 to specialize in employment disputes. She has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator for over 26 years. She holds a master’s degree in ADR, (Alternative Dispute Resolution) has co-authored two peer mediation books, written many articles about workplace conflicts and has mediated thousands of disputes for small & large organizations and government agencies such as EEOC, USPS, US Navy, US Army, Air Force, NASA and Bureau of Land Management. She helps organizations prevent and eliminate employee related problems that weaken organizations and distract staff from their core functions. Sheryle was on the board of Directors of Greater Orlando Society for Human Resource Management (GOSHRM) for six years as Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Secretary.
