Sheryle Woodruff is the co-founder of Conflict Management Associates, Inc. and has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator since 1997 specializing in employment disputes. She holds a Master’s Degree in ADR, has co-authored two peer mediation books, written many articles about workplace conflicts and has mediated thousands of disputes for small & large organizations and government agencies such as EEOC, USPS, US Navy, US Army and US Dept. Agriculture. She helps organizations prevent and eliminate employee related problems that weaken organizations and distract staff from their core functions. Sheryle was on the board of Directors of Greater Orlando Society for Human Resource Management (GOSHRM) for six years as Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Secretary.
