Unmani is a member of the California State Bar Family and the Alameda County Bar Association. Unmani earned her LLM in taxation with Honors in December of 2012.
Unmani has been practicing consensual dispute resolution processes– mediation and Collaborative Practice– exclusively for eighteen years. She has worked with thousands of people seeking to resolve their divorce issues by focusing on resolution and developing their own divorce agreement.
Unmani is a facilitative mediator. Her role is to create an environment that encourages clients to communicate effectively and transparently, and offer neutral legal information when requested.
