Mediation can be a powerful tool to avoid the time, expense and acrimony that are sometimes inevitable in divorce litigation. With mediation, the settlement is tailored to your individual case. You determine how decisions are made and the outcome, not a judge. Mediation can resolve your situation with an agreement that takes care of your individual situation and needs. An added benefit to mediation is that anything said or written in mediation is confidential, which is the opposition in litigation. The only information that becomes public is the mediated agreement that is reached. I offer free consultations over the phone and I’m happy to mediate your case in person or over Zoom. What ever feels most comfortable for both parties.
Mediating since 2014.
I practice facilitative mediation. This means the mediator structures the process to help assist the parties in reaching a mutually agreeable resolution. The mediator is in charge of the process, while the parties are in charge of the outcome.
