Description of Practice

Dr. Manousso's baccalaureate was from Brown University, Master of Public Health from the University of Texas School of Public Health in Community Health, and Ph.D. from Nova Southeastern University in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. Dr. Manousso is certified as a trainer and coach in the Conflict Dynamic Profile. She attended South Texas College of Law.
In 2008, Barbara Manousso was appointed by Texas Governor Perry to serve on the Nursing Facility Administrators Advisory Committee. In 2010, Dr. Manousso was recognized as one of Houston's Fifty Most Influential Women of Houston.
Professional Background
She also lectures worldwide on conflict management and has authored many articles, and is currently working on two books. Dr. Manousso is one of a handful of academics with a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. She is certified in the Conflict Dynamic Profile, that helps assess management skills in relationship to their conflict behaviors.

Approach
Fees
The full day rate is $2,000 for two parties, each additional party is $1,100. All fees must be paid in advance before the mediation is scheduled.
The half day rate is $900 for two parties; each additional party is $550. All fees must be paid in advance before the mediation is scheduled.
All mediation fees are non-refundable and, once a date is set, there are no refunds for rescheduling.
