It is our experience that most divorcing couples have similar concerns regarding the deconstruction of the marriage including but not limited to real estate, finances and issues regarding the children. Because these concerns are fairly typical, we have a streamlined approach in how we logistically handle each and every aspect of the divorce which minimizes the fees and costs. Our backgrounds as therapists also allows us the unique ability to treat each case empathically and not like a "mediation factory." We want to understand where each party is coming from and create an open dialogue to achieve YOUR goals. At the last session, all necessary documents, financial analysis and parenting plans will be typed up and given to each party for review and filings with respective attorneys.
