Approach

Wes will leave his lawyer hat back at the office. His philosophy is to bring a calming influence to the dispute and stay out of the way when the parties are communicating and making progress, while jumping in to facilitate forward movement toward common ground and help everyone over the hurdles that may exist to a successful and mutually agreeable disposition.

Fees

Hourly rates: $250 per hour. Willing to discuss flat rates as desired. Travel expenses outside the St. Louis or Kansas City metropolitan area negotiable. Willing to provide services anywhere in Missouri. Sometimes an outsider is the best choice to mediate your case.
