Nigeria: The Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria has commenced a campaign to promote mediation as a way to resolve disputes in businesses, especially in markets.
The President of the Institute, Dr. Agada John stated this in Abuja at the Abuja Mediation Week with the theme: promoting peaceful coexistence in the Market organized by an NGO, Volunteer Mediation Scheme in collaboration with German Corporation in Nigeria, GIZ Nigeria.
He explained that the campaign was part of the Institute’s corporate social responsibility to promote peaceful coexistence and easy access to justice among marketmen and women in Nigeria.
