John Lande’s Publications
The RPS Coach knowledge base consists primarily of publications by John Lande. Most of the publications relate to Real Practice Systems Theory, which describes how practitioners develop unique systems that are shaped by their experiences and evolve over time. These systems are based on practitioners’ histories, values, goals, motivations, knowledge, skills, and procedures – as well as the parties and cases in their practices.
The knowledge base also includes publications about RPS Coach itself, the use of AI more generally, and how AI is used in writing and legal education. It is supplemented by key publications in the dispute resolution field.
For a complete collection of John’s publications, see his SSRN page and collection of Indisputably blog posts.
