Alice M. Graham, practices in Marina Del Rey, representing property owners, investors, developers, contractors and homeowner's associations in real estate transactions and litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Graham is also a trained mediator and serves on the Los Angeles Superior Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel. She has been a land developer, an attorney for developers, and has represented investors in major commercial purchase and sale transactions and lease negotiations. Ms. Graham has litigated real property and insurance matters in the trial courts, the Court of Appeal and the California Supreme Court. She is the author of The Parallel Universe of Common Interest Developments: Selected Issues, and the co-author of Better Practice Tip: Recognized Exceptions to Mediation Confidentiality and Remedies That Every Litigator Should Know. Ms. Graham holds a B.A. degree in English from UCLA and a J.D. degree from Loyola Law School. She is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Real Property Section, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) – Los Angeles, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, the Southern California Business Litigation Inn of Court and the Culver Marina Bar Association.
