Dr. Andrew Kitchenham has dealt with conflict for most of his adult life and decided to become a conflict consultant some years ago. He now works part-time as a conflict consultant specializing in workplace disputes and civil mediation. He is certified in Conflict Resolution and Leadership (JIBC) and in Conflict Mediation for Professionals (Herzing). He hopes to make his practice full time as he moves away from the University.
