I am an experienced administrator whose programmatic designs crux on student empowerment, equity, alternative dispute resolution, and mindfulness. Reflective teaching practices lay the groundwork to disrupt systematic inequities inherent in our educational system. Drawing directly from this, all of my school-based teacher-trainings work to unearth implicit biases hidden at the intersection of our various identity markers.
