Ericka Gray has been a full-time management and dispute resolution professional since 1987 and has been providing conflict management, mediation, training and consulting services since 1985.
Ericka’s experience covers a broad range of issues and clients. She consults to a number of corporations, government and non-profit organizations to provide strategic planning, management consulting, conflict intervention, training, and dispute resolution systems design services relating to change initiatives, communication, interpersonal, and workplace issues. In addition to employment and workplace issues, including discrimination, sexual harassment, ADA, ADEA, and other claims, Ms. Gray is experienced in mediating disputes involving business, including contract, dissolution, securities and financial; health care, including mental health; divorce and family business, trust and estate issues; personal injury; professional liability; insurance coverage; and many other types of claims.
Ericka served as the founding Executive Director of the Middlesex Multi-Door Courthouse in Cambridge, MA (1989-1993) and as Director of the Superior Court's Comprehensive Justice Center in Burlington County, NJ (1987-1989). She was a senior mediator and trainer for Endispute, and subsequent to a merger, for JAMS (1993-1995) and served as the Executive Director for the Academy of Family Mediators (1995-1998). She has maintained a full-time solo practice since 1998.
