Erin McCoy Alarcon is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and Northeastern University School of Law, and the owner of Clearview Mediation & Consulting. Erin provides conflict management and resolution services to individuals and organizations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Her mediation practices includes marital/domestic, employment, premises liability, personal injury, construction, landlord-tenant, and probate matters. Prior to launching her mediation practice, Erin developed extensive civil litigation experience in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, with a focus on employment matters. Erin also serves on the board of Episcopal City Mission, a faith-based social and economic justice organization, and as Chair of her town's Disability Commission. In her spare time, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and watching her sons' sporting events. As the mother of children on the autism spectrum, Erin is a fervent advocate for and supporter of autism awareness and understanding.
