Eve Tessera is a French lawyer, and she practices in France and Italy. She has developed expertise for more than fifteen years in the field of human rights and since 2015 in the field of business and human rights, dispute resolution, mediation, and access to remedy. Her practice focused on human rights has led her to work in several countries, particularly in post-conflict areas and areas of weak governance, with numerous national and international organizations. As a lawyer and a mediator, Eve advises various organizations and businesses on social and environmental legal liability, risk assessment and the implementation of human rights due diligence. She also supports companies in developing more inclusive governance with a special focus on stakeholder engagement.
