He presents boards and executive managers with insights into their organizational culture, and advises how to improve performance.
Previously an Associate Director with KPMG Consulting, and co-founder of Concordia, he has worked with many of New Zealand’s large public and private sector organisations.
He designs organisation-wide systems to manage tensions, issues and conflict, and provides organizational culture change and management consulting throughout Australia, and in England, Europe, USA, China and Japan.
