Hugh Young is a conflict consultant, mediator, and Aikido teacher living in Salida, Colorado. Hugh has over 20 years of experience as an Aikido teacher and has studied with many of the world’s finest Aikido teachers including intensive study at Aikido World Headquarters in Tokyo. He is also active as a mediator and conflict consultant in private practice. Hugh has united these two practices as the developer of Aiki-negotiation.
