Jai Jayaraman has in depth experience of organisational conflict management. He is an accredited change manager with 10 years experience in the private sector as a Retail Business Consultant and Marketing Manager followed by an epiphany resulting in a Masters in Conflict Resolution from the dept of peace studies in Bradford.
Currently working with CMP Resolutions as a Senior Business Relationship Manager, where he provides solutions to simple and complex disputes to organisations across sectors.
Previous experience in the Conflict Management Unit of Amnesty International managing conflict and accountability issues of the country sections and structures.
Prior to that Jai was Chief Executive of a Mediation and Conflict Resolution charity. In depth experinece of mediation and training organisations in conflict reolution techniques.
Very interested in Stakeholder Engagement and bi/tri sector Partnership working.
