She is also a seasoned mediator specializing in conflict resolution, with extensive experience mediations at the Los Angeles Superior Court. Qiao holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, combining strategic leadership with specialized expertise in conflict resolution. With over a decade of experience, including five years as Director of Media Operations for a national television network in China, Qiao brings a global perspective to her work. She co-founded an education consulting organization that empowers younger generations worldwide to achieve their academic and career goals. As the host of Leading Across Borders, a podcast exploring leadership, diversity, and cross-cultural conflict, Qiao continues to inspire and engage global audiences, fostering dialogue on bridging cultural divides and resolving complex disputes.
