Marco Imperiale, LL.M. Harvard Law School - Lawyer and Head of Innovation @ LCA
I am an Italian lawyer and the Innovation officer for a leading Italian law firm, LCA. I have a combined experience in copyright/entertainment law and mediation/negotiation, fields for which I have a serious passion.
I graduated from Bologna University Law School (JD, summa cum laude) and from Harvard Law School, where I studied as Fulbright Scholar. I have also been a research scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Philosophy Department) and an Italian representative at the European Lawyers Programme.
I am active on various fields. Currently I am a business and legal Advisor for startups, labels and operators of the music business, a mediator for civil and commercial controversies, and a negotiation trainer for professionals and companies. Furthermore, I am a Teaching Fellow for the course CopyrightX, offered by Harvard to students and professionals from all over the world.
I am a member of the Italian Bar (Bologna) and of the Italian Register for Mediators (expert for international controversies).
