Oran Kaufman has been a mediator since 1994 and runs Amherst Mediation Services in Amherst, MA where he concentrates his practice in the area of divorce and family mediation. He is a former president of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation and is and advanced practitioner with the Association of Conflict Resolution and the Academy of Professional Family Mediators and a certified mediator with MCFM. He has lectured extensively and written numerous articles on mediation related topics. He is an adjunct Professor at Western New England University School of Law and has received various awards including the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation John Fiske award.
