Patrick Chapman is an Attorney and President of Catalyst Consultants, a D.C. consultant business specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Human Rights. The term “Catalyst” in Catalyst Consultants signifies his personal and business mission, to be an inspirational agent of change by encouraging people and organizations to transform the way they approach, address, and resolve conflict. Patrick mediates and facilitates disputes involving organizational and interpersonal issues, grievances, and Equal Employment Opportunity complaints. He conducts ADR training courses in Mediation, Interest Based Negotiation, and Facilitation. Additionally, Patrick serves as a volunteer mediator for the Community Dispute Resolution Center and volunteer facilitator for the Multicultural Community Service. Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Association of Conflict Resolution.
