Robert N. Dobbins devotes full time to mediation, arbitration, early neutral evaluation and related ADR services. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine Law School, and is the Institute’s Southern Counties Liaison for its programs at Pepperdine’s Orange County Center. Robert received his LL.M. from the Straus Institute/Pepperdine Law School as part of its inaugural LL.M. class. Though his practice focuses on resolution of all manner of business and real property disputes, Robert has extensive experience with cases involving probate/trust, products liability, serious injury and death, and insurance bad faith.
