He specialises in enterprise solution design, legacy modernisation, and complex integration programs—aligning business strategy with disciplined technical execution in regulated, high-availability environments.
A graduate of Budapest University of Technology and Economics, he has held senior leadership roles delivering mission-critical change for E.ON, Vodafone, and Magyar Telekom, leading distributed teams of 30+ professionals and overseeing multi-system portfolios and cut-overs with a focus on operational resilience and risk control. His expertise spans ServiceNow, including GRC, enterprise architecture, DevOps enablement, API and microservices strategy, and performance optimisation of complex platform landscapes.
As Founder of TELLto Studio UG and CTO of TELLcom Ltd., he advises and builds cross-technology solutions that modernise core systems while safeguarding continuity, governance, and maintainability. He is known for systems-level thinking, clear executive communication, and a pragmatic approach to transformation that balances speed with control.
Robert also contributes to TELLgen.ai, an independent AI technology and interdisciplinary R&D initiative exploring advanced AI engineering alongside cross-disciplinary frameworks for AI’s societal integration. Within the mediAIte project, he brings the technology, delivery governance, and architecture lens to AI adoption in high-trust professional settings—co-developing structured prompt-engineering and workflow standards that emphasise reliability, accountability, and risk-aware integration of generative AI into decision-support and decision-making processes.
