Ruairí Gogan is Head of Mediation and a Senior Equality Officer at the Equality Tribunal in Dublin. With 28 years experience as a civil servant in a range of Government departments, working both in Ireland and abroad, Ruairí joined the Equality Tribunal in November 1999 soon after it was set up. He works both as an investigating equality officer and as a mediator.
