Ryan Compton is the Director of Centre for Resolution, an organisation based in Worcester, providing mediation, coaching,mentoring, training, and disability services across the UK. They provide bespoke support that empowers individuals, families and organisations. Ryan is a civil, commercial, workplace and family mediator. Ryan is a cofounder of the disability mediation standards committee, where standards are being developed with the College of Mediators to ensure best practice when mediating disputes that arise because of disability. He is a member of the College of Mediators and The Family Mediation Council.
