Smt. S. Susheela is a Senior Advocate practicing in the High Court of Karnataka, with 39 years of professional experience. She is a trained mediator, having received training from ISDLS (USA), ADR-ODR (UK), and the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University.
A Master Trainer with the Karnataka Mediation Centre and the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC) of the Supreme Court of India, she has trained numerous judges, advocates, students, and professionals from various fields.
Her authored works include Mediation Reader’s Handbook and Change Through Mediation. She served on the MCPC’s committee to propose draft mediation legislation and is a resource person for the State and National Judicial Academies. She also holds the position of Professor of Practice at CMR University.
Her recent novel, I Am Reon, delves into the conflict experienced by children of disputing parents and has been well-received by readers.
