Tatiana Kyselova

Dr. Tetiana Kyselova, Associate Professor at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, School of Law since 2012. Dr. Kyselova holds an LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK), kandydat jurydychnykh nauk degree (PhD) from the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and a DPhil from the University of Oxford (UK). She was trained as a mediator by the Search for Common Ground and as a business mediator by the IHK Academy Munich and Upper Bavaria.Dr. Kyselova teaches courses in Methodology of Research in Law, European Studies in Contemporary Doctoral Research for undergraduate and post-graduate students. She is also a fellow with the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary, University of London (UK) where she teaches Alternative Dispute Resolution module for Distance Learning Postgraduate Diploma in International Dispute Resolution. Dr. Kyselova was a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellow at the University of Torino, Italy (2015-2017) with the research project on mediation and dialogue in Ukraine. She has served as an advisor to the Parliamentary Drafting Committee on Mediation Law and to a number of international organizations including Council of Europe, International Finance Corporation/World Bank Group and UN Development Program. Her research interests include socio-legal studies, conflict resolution, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), access to justice, mediation, negotiation, peace mediation and dialogue.
