Thomas J. Fuchs is a Services Coordinator at the UND Conflict Resolution Center. Fuchs is a mediator and facilitator for the Center and is also a certified mediator for the U.S. Postal Services and the Environmental Protection Agency. Fuchs has a masters degree in Adult Education and Training from Seattle University. Fuchs has worked extensively with communities and youth in the areas of conflict resolution and violence prevention. Fuchs recently served as the Drug and Violence Prevention Program Coordinator in the Crookston, Minn. school district. Fuchs special interests lie in the areas of experiential training and youth empowerment programs. Fuchs also serves as an independent consultant to organizations in the areas of team and organizational development and conflict management.
