TJ Costello is the former National Marketing Coordinator for the American Arbitration Association where he also served as Coordinator of Development for New York State. Most recently, Mr. Costello graduated with distinction from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin with a focus on policy development and implementation. He has led a number of mediation forums and informational programs as well as other policy forums including the Barbara Jordan National Forum of Public Policy.
