Vittorio Indovina is from Bergamo, Italy. He is a mediator and an Alternative Dispute Resolution expert. He is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in International Conflict Management and a graduate research assistant at Kennesaw State University. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy). His post-graduate educational background comprehends degrees obtained both in Italy and the USA. He successfully completed a Master degree program in Business Law at the University of Bergamo and a LLM in Dispute Resolution at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He also integrated his educational background attending some prestigious courses and workshops, such as the ones held at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.
Until 2017, he mediated in Italy several civil disputes. He is a certified mediator in Georgia and Missouri. Vittorio worked for several years in an Italian law firm as trainee lawyer where he practiced his dispute resolution skills in the legal setting. He is a skilled legal researcher, writer, and analyst. Some of his research in mediation has been published in peer-review and academic journals such as Conflict Resolution Quarterly and Harvard Negotiation Law Review.
