In 2001, having been awarded an MBA with Distinction, David established The TCM Group (Train. Consult. Mediate). His vision for TCM was, and still is, to integrate fair, just, inclusive, sustainable and high performance cultures by creating the conditions for leaders, managers and employees to have quality conversations.
