Dispute Resolution scholar Marjorie Corman Aaron has made freely available her full collection of Negotiation, Mediation, Arbitration, and Client Counseling simulations for free use by any trainers and professors.
This collection encompasses an array of simulations Marjorie has written since 1998. Most were drawn from or inspired by real cases she mediated, and others from interviews with professional clients regarding their legal dispute or business transactions.
These excellent simulations are accompanied by extensive teaching notes that cover learning objectives, run times, pedagogical goals, and classroom or workshop agenda constraints.
Also several negotiation videos (almost always produced in collaboration with Dwight Golann, Professor Emeritus of Suffolk University Law School) were based on simulations in this collection. Where this is true, links to the videos are included in the teaching notes or simulation folder.
This collection is permanently housed at the Dispute Resolution Institute at Mitchell Hamline, and additional information is available at their permanent home: https://mitchellhamline.edu/dri-skills-lab/collections/marjorie-aaron/
