In part two of a special two-part series, Susan continues her conversation with Professor John Lande about RPS Coach, his groundbreaking AI tool designed to elevate mediation practice through better preparation, deeper reflection, and more conscious system design.
This time, Susan and John explore how RPS Coach can be used before, during, and after mediation, not just as a tool for practitioners, but as a conversation partner. They also talk candidly about how AI can unlock creativity, serve as a second brain, and offer guided coaching that encourages intentional practice. If you missed part one of the conversation, be sure to check that episode here.
John’s work is a reminder that true success comes not just from mastering techniques, but from understanding the systems we work within and constantly improving them.
