HENDERSON, NV, February 03, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ — Julie A. Bobson has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Bobson has established a distinguished career in real estate, marked by more than three decades of expertise and leadership. Since 1996, she has served as principal Broker and owner at Commercial West Brokers, where she has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s reputation as a woman- and veteran-owned boutique enterprise. Over her tenure, she has overseen both residential and commercial operations, leveraging her property management license to provide comprehensive services to clients. Her approach emphasizes guiding clients through complex decisions, including whether to sell or retain properties.

A significant highlight of Ms. Bobson’s career is her pivotal role in revitalizing Lake Las Vegas from 2008 to 2014. As broker and director of operations during this period, she was the Director of Leasing the commercial retail venue and introduced entertainment events such as shows, car exhibitions, celebrity appearances and concerts that rejuvenated the area’s economy and community spirit. Her efforts laid the groundwork for the property’s subsequent acquisition by Paulsen, transforming it into a thriving destination.

From 2015 to 2018 Julie held a Dual license to help ERA Brokers Consolidated set up a home base in Las Vegas for the successful purchase of Realty Executives where she continued to demonstrate her leadership in commercial real estate. Concurrently, she contributed to the Downtown Project as General Manager of Container Park from 2013 to 2015. Recruited by Tony Hsieh, she applied her revitalization strategies to lease the container park and portions of the Fremont Street Experience as well as Carson’s Kitchen while collaborating with key figures such as Derek Stevens Owner of Circa and Jeff Victor, director of downtown Fremont Street. These projects solidified her reputation as an effective developer and community revitalizer.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Bobson was broker for the Commercial division at Northbrooke Properties LLC from 2004 to 2007 and vice president of commercial real estate development at Sun West General Contractors from 2000 to 2004. In these roles, she managed land listings along Las Vegas Boulevard, provided market analyses using platforms such as LoopNet, Property Line and Applied Analysis and organized broker’s opens for commercial properties, initiatives that resulted in successful sales and strong industry engagement.

Before entering real estate, Ms. Bobson practiced dentistry for seven years in Scottsdale after serving in the United States Army at the Army and Navy Academy from 1980 to 1987. Her military background instilled discipline and a commitment to service that have remained central throughout her professional journey.

She is a certified risk reduction graduate on real estate law and has taught courses as an instructor for both the Real Estate Division of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors®. Her transition from dentistry to real estate was influenced by personal circumstances—specifically the birth of her son with heart disease—which prompted her to seek greater flexibility while leveraging her natural talent for communication.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Bobson is deeply involved in civic initiatives. She served as co-chair sponsorship for the Alzheimer’s Association of Las Vegas from 2013 to 2017 and supports organizations such as the Shine Foundation.
