DOOR COUNTY (WLUK) — A lawsuit regarding the use of the word “wild” in the name of pizza stores has been settled through mediation, court records show, but details of the deal have not been released.
Wild Tomato Pizza filed a trademark infringement suit against Wild Man Pizza and Barbecue, claiming its name and logo were too close to that of Wild Tomato.
“Mediation resulted in resolution of the plaintiff’s claims. The parties expect to file a stipulation of dismissal within 45 days,” a court document states. No other details were available.
