Roundtable with Dr. Clare Fowler – Rising Above Conflict: The Neuroplasticity Effect of Discussing Conflict

This session focuses on common responses to conflict (Thunder/Turtle Syndrome, Overreact, Ignore Contributions, Bad Brad and Meanie Minnie, etc.).

Then, drawing from the latest research in Dr. Clare Fowler’s recent book, Rising Above Office Conflict, we will examine how we can change our learned responses to conflict. We will be discussing conflict neuroplasticity and the benefit this has on our mental health.
