As AI is encroaching on the ombuds world, we have to ask ourselves: are we protecting our visitor’s data? should we incorporate certain AI tools? which tools are safe? what are the concerns?
This video frames the conversation of how should ombuds view AI tools. Then ombuds offices discuss their concerns and share useful tools. Finally, we take a look at what AI tools are in development. While it is impossible to say what tools we will be using next year or even next month, what we know today is that we are looking for tools that are safe, that are reputable, that protect visitor data – and that benefit you!
