Caseload Manager – 2012

Caseload Manager” was and remains Mediate’s “legacy” case management system for mediation and ombuds services. Caseload Manager is quite simply a brilliant, durable, secure and affordable  case management system designed and developed by Carol Knapp, Chief Technical Officer at Mediate.com for over 25 years.

Mediate.com has approximately 200 Caseload Manager clients, mostly mediation and ombuds offices, including a number of statewide systems.  Caseload Manager has also served as a wonderfully valuable model for the case management “backbone” of the new updated ODR.com system.
