Day 1: Incorporating Tech from Marketing to Meeting
Day 2: From AI to Agreement

Purpose:

This unique conference walks through a typical divorce mediation case from start to finish (getting the case to satisfaction survey). The conference includes handouts, supportive materials, and access to some of the suggested software platforms. Portions of the conference will be interactive, working on tools as a group. We will walk through a divorce case, with minor children, assets to divide, and ethical concerns from start to finish. Every section will include an example demo and suggested tech. This conference will be recorded and be available for participants for one year. CLEs/CEUs available. Course approved in CA and other states by reciprocity.

Every step of the divorce mediation process will be examined with fresh eyes, asking these questions:

  • Can this process be improved?
  • Can we serve participants better?
  • Can AI/technology assist in this process?
