The pandemic has provided a “mass training event” for both professionals and consumers to take advantage of online mediation. And, now that both mediation and mediation training are able to be fully online, we need to rethink the future, including standards for mediation training.
Mediators also need to be aware of the development of “artificial intelligence” (AI) which mediators are wise to embrace and optimize, along with our participants, as yet another technologic set of tools that can help us all to achieve maximizing agreements.
