Carolyn brings to The New Decision Management Associates expertise in corporate management, organizational performance, and behavioral analysis.
A graduate of Middle Georgia College, she holds an A.A. in Education. Carolyn is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. She is certified as a Behavioral Analyst (DiSC). She has participated in numerous court ADR programs over a 16-year period.
Carolyn has arbitrated matters for the BBB and served as an assistant to the arbitrator in over thirty cases. As a co-trainer, she has participated in over 50 arbitration training sessions. She is active in the mediation world as well, having co-mediated over 1000 civil and domestic cases.
Currently, she serves on the Citizen’s Panel Review Board for the Bibb County Juvenile Court and sits on the Board of Directors of Family Advancement Ministries.
