Iryna Fedorich is a strategic, impact-driven leader with experience advancing access to justice, mediation, and human rights in Ukraine. As Chair of the Association of Family Mediators of Ukraine (AFMU), she leads national-level initiatives supported by international donors.
Her expertise lies in program design and implementation, policy development, team leadership, and multistakeholder engagement. She has co-authored national standards and codes of ethics for mediators and has built strong partnerships with government bodies, courts, legal aid institutions, and civil society organizations.
She is a certified mediator, supervisor, and legal professional (PhD in Law), with extensive experience training mediators and developing ADR curricula for universities and national institutions. She also serves as a national expert on mediation and juvenile justice.
She is currently open to strategic leadership roles in international organizations, donor-funded projects, or cross-sectoral initiatives focused on justice reform, conflict resolution, social inclusion, or peacebuilding.
