ABCs of Conflict is a practice-based training in restorative justice and conflict resolution designed to improve the climate and culture at your school while empowering youth voice and managing conflict in new ways. Choose between two skills-based tracks: Peacebuilding and Peacekeeping.

Connect with passionate K-12 teachers, student leaders, counselors, administrators, and other changemakers dedicated to transforming school culture through restorative practices, peer mediation, and youth-led conflict resolution.

When students are equipped with the skills to resolve conflict peacefully, to listen with empathy, and to lead their communities—they don’t just feel safer at school. They learn more. They show up more. They become more. Our framework builds belonging, raises grades, and reduces absenteeism.

Cultivating a Culture of Peace & Justice
At Western Justice Center (WJC), we put students in the driver's seat at their schools, helping them become community leaders. We invite students to reimagine their classrooms as peacemaking spaces, to see themselves in places the world tells them they do not belong, and to own their power as leaders.
