Future Dispute Resolution Conference at Stanford Law School September 5

CodeX – the Stanford Center for Legal Informatics, the Martin Daniel Gould Center for Conflict Resolution, and the Deborah L. Rhode Center on the Legal Profession are proud to bring some of the world’s foremost dispute resolution experts to Stanford Law School for the Future Dispute Resolution conference. Co-sponsoring organizations include The American Arbitration Association® (AAA®), its international division, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution® (ICDR®), and ODR.com, System.Legal and ITECHLAW.

Explore how advancements in technology and Generative AI could alter the way disputes are resolved, with insights from judges, leading in-house counsel, and others. Panel discussions will address how arbitration, mediation, ODR, and other ADR methods might be enhanced to better serve parties through policy changes and process advancements.

In addition, the ICDR’s Global Working Group on Technology and Life Science Disputes will present the results of its survey and recommendations of over 500 professionals in information technology, semiconductor, life sciences, construction, energy, aviation, aerospace, and other industries.\
