While Colin was gone first at Online Resolution and then at eBay and PayPal, Carol Knapp, Chief Technology Officer at Mediate.com for over 25 years, developed a wonderful and fully scalable online platform called MeetingSpace. This platform was utilized by Mediate.com for our “Keystone Conference” in 2006 (further described below) and also carried forward our work on various facilitative “models,” for example family and workplace mediation models.
MeetingSpace, informed by AGREE, was a huge step forward for Mediate.com in terms of offering a state of the art, secure and scalable online dispute resolution platform.
